The Meghalaya Transfer Of Land Regulation Act, 1971 Act No.12 Of 1971
Section 1. Short title extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called Meghalaya Transfer of Land (Regulation) Act, 1971.
(2) It shall come into force on such day as the Government of Meghalaya may, by notification, appoint.
