Section 28. Power of Government to suspend provisions of the Act during fairs and festivals
The State Government may, be notifications on account of such holiday or other occasion as may be prescribed suspend the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act in respect of any establishment for such period and subject to such conditions as it may deem proper.
