The Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India University Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005)
Section 9. University open to all classes, castes, creed, religion, language and gender.
The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, caste, creed, religion, language or gender; Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to require the University from making special provisions for admission students of the State.
