The University of Technology and Management Act, 2010 (Act No. 3 of 2011)
Section 5. University open to all classes, castes, creed and gender.
The University shall be opened to all persons irrespective of caste, class, creed or gender: Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to require the University from making special provisions for admission of domiciled students of the State.
