The Meghalaya Police Act, 2010 (Act No. 7 of 2011)
Section 113. Prosecution for offences under other laws.
Subject to the provision contained in Section 300 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing any person from being prosecuted and punished under any other law for anything made punishable by this Act.
