The Meghalaya Police Act, 2010 (Act No. 7 of 2011)
Section 129. Persons aggrieved may apply to State Government to annul, reverse or alter any rule or order.
Subject to any order which Central Government may make in this behalf, a member of the Meghalaya police may discharge functions as laid down in law, in any other State and shall, while discharging such functions, be deemed to be a member of the Police Service of that State and shall be vested with powers, functions and privileges and be subject to liabilities of a member of the Police Service of that State.
