Section 19. Annual Accounts
The Annual accounts of the Council shall be prepared and audited by the Examiner of Local Accounts of the State Government and audited accounts along with the auditor’s report shall be placed before the Council for consideration and after consideration the Council shall submit the accounts together with its comments to the State Government.
