The Meghalaya State Housing Board Act, 1986, Act No. 7 of 1986.
Section 10. Appointment of Committee.
Subject to the Rules made under this Act, the Board may from time to time and for any local area, district or Subdivision appoint one or more committees for the purpose of discharging such duties and functions as may be entrusted by the Board.
