Section 53. Power to make Regulations.

The Board may, from time to time with the previous sanction of the Government, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder- (a) for the management, allotment and use of the buildings tenements, hutments and premises constructed under a housing scheme; (b) for the remuneration and conditions of service of the officers and employees appointed by the Board. (c) for delegation of financial powers to 1"the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman " and the Housing Commissioner and other officers; (d) for regulating the procedure of disposal of its business.
