Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Gauripur (Gholla) Zamindars Annuity Rights Abolition and Extinguishment Act, 1979.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
(3) It shall apply to the Gauripur (Gholla) Estate in the West Garo Hills District.
