The Meghalaya Land Survey and Records Preparation Act, 1980 (Act No.11 of 1980)
Section 27. Bar of suit in Civil Court.
Except as provided in this Act, any costs, fines, expenses or any amount which is payable under this Act or the Rules made thereunder may be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
