The Meghalaya Removal of Restrictions on Use and Enjoyment of Land Act (Act No. 11 of 1981) of 1980
Section 6. Penalties
Whoever wilfully fails or neglects to comply with any requirement made of him under this Act, or violates any provision of this Act shall, on conviction before a Magistrate, be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupee.
