Section 10. Power of police and Local Authority to verify.
Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 9, officer of the rank of Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station having jurisdiction and the Local Authority shall have the jointly verifY the credentials of any tenant if so required: Provided that no police officer and Local Authority shall undertake the verification under this section except with the approval of the District Task Force.
