Section 14. Chairperson, member and staff of the District Task Force and Local Authority to be public servant.
The Chairperson, members, officers, employees of the District Task Forces as notified shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code and section 2(c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
