Section 21. Power of the State to remove difficulties.
(I) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the this Act, the State Government may, by order, make provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty: Provided that no order under this section shall be made State Government after a period of four years from the commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under this section shall, as , may after it is made, be laid before the Meghalaya legislative Assembly.
