Section 8. Verification of existing tenants.
(1) In case of existing tenants, the landlorq and his shall comply with all the provisions of this Act within six months from the commencement of the Act. (2) In case of new tenants, the landlord and his tenants comply with all the provisions of this Act before the occupation.
