The Meghalaya Khadi and Village Industries Board Act,1980 (Act No.27 of 1980)
Section 14. Officers and Servants of the board and conditions of their services.
(1) The Board may appoint such members of the staff as it may consider necessary.
(2) The remuneration, allowances and other conditions of services of the members of the staff of the Board shall be such as may be determined by the Board.
