The Meghalaya Khadi and Village Industries Board Act,1980 (Act No.27 of 1980)
Section 20. Powers of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission to give directions.
In the performance of its functions under this Act, the Board shall be bound by such direction as the Khadi and Village Industries Commission may giver to it from time to time in the implementation of Schemes financed by the Commission.
