The Meghalaya Khadi and Village Industries Board Act,1980 (Act No.27 of 1980)
Section 30. Supplementary Budget.
The Board may submit a Supplementary budget for the sanction of the Government in such form and before such data as the Government may prescribe and the provision of section 29 shall apply to such supplementary budget.
