The Meghalaya Khadi and Village Industries Board Act,1980 (Act No.27 of 1980)
Section 38. Protection of action taken under this Act.
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the Board or an officer or person for anything which is in good faith done or purported to be done by or under this Act.
