The Meghalaya Khadi and Village Industries Board Act,1980 (Act No.27 of 1980)
Section 9. Proceedings presumed to be good and valid
No act or proceeding of the Board shall be questioning or be invalidated merely by reason of any vacancy in its membership on account of resignation, death or otherwise, or by reason of any defect in the constitution thereof.
