The Meghalaya Higher Education Council Act, 2018 (Act No. 3 of 2018)
Section 23. Power to make regulations
The Council may, with prior approval of the Government, make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and rules made there under for carrying out all or any of the purposes of this Act.
