The Meghalaya Lokayukta Act, 2014 (Act No. 4 of 2014)
Section 25. Supervisory powers of Lokayukta.
The Lokayukta shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, have the powers of superintendence and direction over the investigation agency in respect of the maters in so far as they relate to the investigation by such agency under this Act.
