Section 7. Discharge
(1) Every member of the Force shall be entitled to receive his discharge from the Force on the expiration of the period for which he was appointed, but any such member may, before he becomes so entitled, be discharged by such authority and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
(2) The prescribed authority may subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, dismiss any member from the Force.
