The Meghalaya Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Act, 2019 (Act No. 23 of 2019)
Section 19. Power of Board to take up schemes.
The Board, may, carry out new schemes as directed by the Government of India from time to time under relevant Sections of the Act. Further, the Board may take up new schemes within the ambit of the Act for the welfare of building and other construction workers.
