The Meghalaya Ropeway Act, 2022 (Act No. 14 of 2022)
Section 20. Finalty of orders.
Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order passed or direction issued by the Authority shall be final and shall not be questioned in any suit or other legal proceeding.
