The National Law University of Meghalaya Act, 2022 (Act No. 10 of 2022)
Section 19. Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1) There shall be a Finance and Accounts Officer in the Law University. (2) The powers, functions, appointments and conditions of service of the Finance and Accounts Officer shall be as prescribed by the Regulations.
