The National Law University of Meghalaya Act, 2022 (Act No. 10 of 2022)
Section 20. Heads of the Departments.
(1) There shall be a Head for each Department in the Law University. (2) The powers, functions, appointments and conditions of service of the Heads of the Departments shall be as prescribed by the Regulations.
