The Meghalaya Local Fund (Audit) Act, 2021 (Act No. 5 of 2021)
Section 1. Short title,extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya Local Fund (Audit) Act, 2021.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Meghalaya.
(3) It shall come into force from the date the State Government may by Notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
