The Meghalaya Local Fund (Audit) Act, 2021 (Act No. 5 of 2021)
Section 18. Delegation of powers and functions.
The Director may, delegate all or any of the powers to be exercised or functions to be performed by him under this Act to any officer of the Directorate of Local Fund Audit and may in like manner withdraw such powers or functions so delegated.
