The Meghalaya Local Fund (Audit) Act, 2021 (Act No. 5 of 2021)
Section 27. Cognizance of offence.
No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a complaint in writing of the facts constituting such offence, made by the Director or any Officer authorized by him in this behalf.
