The Meghalaya Local Fund (Audit) Act, 2021 (Act No. 5 of 2021)
Section 30. Savings
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall not apply to any case, suit, appeal, revision petition or any other proceedings that may be pending before an Auditor, Civil Court or the Government and the law in force immediately before the commencement of this Act.
