The CMJ University Act, 2009 (Act No. 4 of 2009)
Section 5. University not to be entitled to financial assistance.
The University shall be self-financing and shall not make a demand to any grantin-aid or any other financial assistance from the State Government or any other body or Corporation owned or controlled by the State Government.
