THE RAJASTHAN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS ACT, 1961

Section 12. Members, etc, to be deemed public servants

All members, officers and servants of every market committee and of its sub-committees and joint committees appointed under section 16 shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860(Central Act 45 of 1860).
