THE RAJASTHAN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS ACT, 1961
Section 25. Duty of officers and members of committee to furnish information
When the affairs of a market committee are investigated for the proceedings of such committee are examined by the Director under section 39, all officers and members of such committee shall furnish such information in their possession in regard to the affairs of the committee as the director may require.
