THE RAJASTHAN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS ACT, 1961
Section 33. Fines recovered to be paid into market committee fund
All fines and penalties imposed in prosecutions for offences punishable under this Act or under the rules or bye-laws made there under shall, when realised, be paid into and form part of the market committee fund concerned.
