Section 6. Classification of market areas and establishment of market committees
1Classification of market areas and establishment of market committees.
The State Government. may classify the market areas into super class, A class, B class, C class and D class market areas on the basis of the criteria as may be prescribed and shall establish a market committee for every such market area.
