THE RAJASTHAN COLONISATION ACT,1954
Section 28. Power to make rules.
The State Government may, by notification in the 3Official Gazette, make rules generally for carrying into effect the provisions and purposes of this Act and in particular for all matters which are required by this Act to be prescribed or which may be prescribed thereunder.
