Rajasthan State Electricity Distribution Management Responsibility Act, 2016
Section 14. Protection of action taken in good faith.-
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or State Distribution Licensee or any officer of the 13 State Government or State Distribution Licensee, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
