Section 30. Proceedings of any authorities or bodies of the University not to be invalid by reason of any vacancy
No act or proceedings of any authority or body of the University shall be invalid by reason of the existence of a vacancy among its methods or by reason of some person having taken part in the proceedings who is subsequently found not to have been entitled to do so
