THE RAJASTHAN UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES ACT, 2005
Section 48. Residuary provisions
The Board shall have the authority to deal with any matter pertaining to the University and not specifically dealt with in this Act. The decision of the Board on all such matters shall, subject to revision by the Chancellor, be final.
