THE RAJASTHAN ANATOMY ACT, 1986
Section 11. Repeal and Savings
- (1) The Rajasthan Anatomy Ordinance, 1985 (Ordinance No. 9 of 1985) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act. SCHEDULED Section 2(d) 1.
