Rajasthan Madarsa Board Act 2020
Section 12. Power to delegate.
The Board may, by general or special order, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act, except the power to make regulations, may also be exercised by its Chairperson or by such Committee or officer in such cases and subject to such conditions, as may be specified therein.
