THE RAJASTHAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (REGULATION AND VALIDATION OF PROCEDURE) ACT, 1976

Section 1. Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Regulation and Validation of Procedure) Act, 1976. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of January, 1950.
