The Rajasthan Electricity (Duty) Act, 1962
Section 4. Consumers to pay electricity duty
The amount of electricity duty levied u/s 3 on the energy consumed by a consumer shall be payable by, and be collected and recovered from, the consumer in the manner hereinafter provided.
