The Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
Section 10. Enhancement of punishment on second conviction
Whoever having been previously convicted of an offence under this Act is again convicted or an offence under this Act shall be liable on such subsequent conviction to twice the punishment which might be imposed on a first conviction for such offence.
