The Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
Section 18. Bar of certain suits
No suit shall lie in any Civil Court against the State Government or any Collector or Excise Officer for damages for any act in good faith done or ordered to be done in pursuance of this Act.
