The Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
Section 7. Penalty for being member of opium smoking assembly
Whoever is a member of an opium smoking assembly shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
