The Rajasthan Prohibition Act Repealing Act, 1981
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Prohibition Act Repealing Act, 1981.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.
(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of August, 1981.
