Section 35. ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS
The Financial year of the Federation shall be as prescribed by the Government from time to time. Books of accounts and other records shall be maintained as prescribed in the rules and Bye-Laws and also as directed by the Registrar with such addition as Board of Directors considers necessary.
